Hello, I’m Sandy and I became a hypnotherapist because I realised the tremendous potential that hypnotherapy has to help people overcome obstacles they face in everyday life.
Our subconscious minds store mental barriers that can limit our personal growth and well-being. These obstacles are often formed through past experiences, conditioning, family upbringing, education and social influences, and are stored below our conscious awareness.
My deep understanding of the influential nature of the subconscious mind motivated me to explore the power of hypnotherapy in accessing and resolving these underlying issues.
Through hypnotherapy, I help individuals enter a relaxed state of focused attention in order for them to explore and overcome these subconscious obstacles. This can lead to positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, as well as aiding in the resolution of fears and phobias, the management of stress and anxiety, the improvement of self-confidence, and promoting personal growth and well-being.
Hypnotherapy can be used to address a wide range of concerns, from smoking cessation to managing pain and insomnia, and it can even be used to enhance personal performance in various fields of life, including improving sports performance.
Ultimately, my passion for hypnotherapy lies in its ability to empower individuals to access their inner resources, unlock their potential, and create lasting transformations in their lives.
